Selina Davis Pearce brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the hair, beauty, nails, and aesthetics industry, with over 27 years of hands-on experience since 1999. Having successfully owned and managed a salon since 2004, Selina has also spent more than 20 years working in further and higher education, holding positions including Head of Department for Hair and Beauty, Centre Manager, and course tutor across CPD-accredited training providers, colleges, and private education settings.
Since 2019, Selina has operated her own training centre, developing and delivering industry-leading courses, while also serving as an Internal Quality Assurer and, more recently, an External Quality Assurer for an awarding organisation.
